Wish I could say enough nice things about Yvonne and her team on this page, but there's not enough space. They bent over backwards for us, working from different time zones, different states, probably over a 14-month period to get construction loan financing on a new build. (The 14 months was our fault, not theirs.) They made the process simple and effortless and walked us thru each step. And I say this having been thru almost a half-dozen closings since 2012. First rate operation, hands-down.

Making your first mortgage payment shouldn't be so confusing. The letter telling me my payment was due was dated the day before my due date. There were three different phone numbers provided so I called the number it said to call if I needed assistance and made my payment. 3 weeks later I get an email stating my payment hadn't been made. I made the payment using the phone number provided if I needed assistance. Now my first payment is late because the information on the goodbye letter was not clear.
