I recently refinanced my home with Eric Causey. In late October 2021, Eric listened to my concerns regarding my current mortgage, and he explained that he could see what he could do to lower my rate and lower my monthly payment but it may not be a good fit. By early November, Eric and his team had processed my paperwork and were able to save me over $300 per month for my payment, remove my PMI, and provide a lower interest rate. The process was just like Eric claims – transparent and stress free, the way a mortgage should be. We closed in early December of 2021. The process only took about 45 days from start to finish! I could not be happier with the level of professionalism and service Eric provided me during this process, and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new mortgage loan or refinance to seek out his professional guidance and service.

Wow! Don't know where to begin but I'll get straight into the point. Eric is the man! He's helped me so much, from moving to TX from CA, purchasing our home and now refinancing it.
