      Have been with this bank for several years now. The customer service is very good in person and also by phone. The tellers, loan officers, and customer service at this branch are polite, courteous, and most of all helpful. If there is any issue, they are there to help you out. The hours are not too bad since they are open on Saturday. I wish they were open a little later in the day, but that is ok. Most all banks around this area close about the same time as well. - The parking lot is clean, big and helpful for even businesses that have to pull a trailer around for what they do. The front, right side (southern area), and back of the bank is where all of the parking areas are. - The exterior of building and landscaping looks great. - The interior is big, clean and has a pleasant atmosphere with the friendly crew there. - The drive thru is large with several lanes. Just look for the “open” lit signs to know which lanes to use. They are pretty quick here. For some reason most people gravitate to the far left drive thru lane (even when other lanes are empty that are open). - The overall rates/fees for personal and business accounts are very reasonable and usually the best in town.

      From the time we moved here & Michelle helped me open our the checking & savings acct and then my dad's. She is the most kindest & professional bank employee we've all ever dealt with, (my husband & my dad agree!)...and that was 6 months ago and to this day everytime we go into our FNBOT here in Cookeville which is usually once a month EVERY TELLER & Everyone is always so kind, professional & helpful... By far the best bank any of us have ever had. Excellent Customer Service from top to bottom.😊

      Called to ask if they could transfer money from my tax return card into my account and they said it wasn't a problem at all. Went up there and they said they couldn't do it and were borderline rude
