      Sincerely disappointed in this institution. I’ve banked with them for about 5 years. I recently went out of the country, my card was flagged for fraud, I waited until I returned to call in. I spoke with someone on the phone (on Thursday) and was told I could come in on Friday before six pm. I came at 5:15 to which the girls inside told me they could not do it because no one was in that could issue a new card. I expressed my disappointment as I had made time to get there before 6, and had plans that weekend so I wouldn’t be able to do it before the next Saturday, a week later. Long story short, I showed up the next day and the girl who told me they couldn’t do it Friday night magically was the one who issued me a new card the next day.
