      The Personal Banker could not have been less helpful....Showed no basic compassion....I would never bank here if given a choice.

      I have no issues with the banking part of regions, the baking staff has always been kind and courteous; but their mortgage lending team was terrible (the three people I had to deal with anyway). Extremely unprofessional, mishandled our documents, slandered me and my wife’s name to the listing agent. Was on contract for over 80 days to buy a house the they still weren’t able to complete to contract due to the lack of urgency and doing their job correctly. Would never recommend going through regions for your mortgage loans.
