      I've been a member for over 40 years and have always enjoyed banking here. In the fall of 2022 FNCU will be closing the branch I normally go to and will be opening a ATM with a virtual teller. What a disappointment it is to loose the human contact in place of a monitor. I'll find somewhere else to do my banking

We are saddened to hear that the other locations or new interactive teller machine (ITM) opening this spring at the 120th street location is not a viable option for you. We want to encourage you to stop by when the ITM is active for a demonstration to see how it works. Many of our members find it very similar to working through a drive thru window. Again we value your membership and hope to serve you for years to come.
