  Never had any issues with rude tellers and I've been coming here for 5 years. Money deposited in your account is immediately available. You can deposit checks up to $2500 right from your phone and most are available the same day. I've banked with several banks over the years and Great Western has been one of the best so far.

  Unfortunately this is not a good bank. I couldn't access my online statements while trying to secure a loan. Physically had to drive to bank location. Teller was also unable to provide statements because bank was recently acquired. They had to put in a request to their engineers to access and said they would email in 24-48 hours. I never received statement, so I had to physically drive to the bank again. They still couldn't provide, so they had to ask corporate. Finally they were able to access and print. Unfortunately they will be losing our business, and we will be switching to a credit union today.

  All righty. Here we go! So I deposited money here on 7/7. Went to check my account after the weekend, and the money still wasn't there... Weird right? I found the deposit receipt, and uh oh... The account number is wrong. Well I'll just call in. As the other reviews mention, they do not respond to phone calls. They will not call you back, they will ignore the calls, and hope you go away. I was able to talk to their corporate offices twice, and even they said it was weird how hard it was to contact anyone there. Now at this point, I've got COVID so I can't just go there and plop in the lobby till they acknowledge my existence. I also nearly overdrafted twice because of the money that never made it to my account. At this point, I've been contacting them for three days, and they still won't just fix the $#@& issue. EDIT: Turns out, they don't know, and don't know how to find out, how to correct the two accounts. Apparently a debit to one account and credit to the other is too easy. And they can't get guidance for some reason. I'm now calling the corporate offices just to get some kind of action on this. End edit! Once this is over, both my dad and myself are changing banks entirely just so we will no longer have to deal with this branch.
