      Having worked with first New Mexico title on four property sales for an estate in the past two years, basically since the beginning of the pandemic. I think first New Mexico title has done a great job under difficult conditions, especially those caused by issues with Taos county and being able to do title research. Yes, admittedly things are slow right now but it's not being caused by first New Mexico title. It is a countywide situation and any negative reviews in this regard I find to be off-base and disinformed. I give first New Mexico title 5 stars and always will.

      This company should loose it licensure. Over 6 months for a title. Possibly the most poorly run business in New Mexico.

      If I were able to give this company negative stars I would. Unprofessional, extremely slow, non-responsive, closing delay after closing delay. Then when I call they act as if your inconveniencing them.
