      I just called there to have 1 question answered. Do you report back to all credit agencies? I'm trying to rebuild my credit and I have wasted time at another institution. 5 I don't knows and transfers later I got to talk to someone who wanted to know if I was a customer there and said way too many words for the question I asked, not answering the question. When I told him no, he told me the short answer was that he couldn't help me get a loan because I had not been a customer there for 6 months. That was not the question I asked. I asked (and I said these words) I don't want to waste your time or mine so I want to know if it is worth it to me to start the process of getting a loan (and a bank account for 6 months there before getting a loan.) The short answer is I asked you a question and you went around the world to tell me you couldn't give me a loan I didn't ask you for. Way to welcome someone. I'll go elsewhere. Thank you.
