  Andre Enriques is an extremely competent mortgage broker with integrity that you just don't find everyday. I am a self employed lawyer and my wonderful wife works with me. So our only choice was a "bank statement loan" - what's that? Exactly! It takes a true pro to find one and at an excellent rate and reasonable origination fee. If you are self-employed, Andre is the man. He kept me informed every step of the way and I can be a real pain. Save me a lot of money we need to get out first kid through college. Andre is a family man, and Dianna IS his better half, but he holds his own! He has been a fixture in EastLake for years and is not going anywhere, so call him with confidence, you will be glad you did!

  First off I have to say purchasing a home is always EXTREMELY stressful. Finding a home, negotiating a price, moving etc, its just part of it. However when it comes to the financing side of things, getting approved, payments, rate, you want to make sure there is someone that is on your side that will be honest, professional, and you can be sure that will make the entire financing side painless. Andre is that guy! He was upfront with rates, answered questions in regards to different payment scenarios, and we NEVER had to worry about our financing through the entire home buying process. Thank you so much for making our dream home purchase a reality!! We would definitely use Andre again in the future.
