      First Republic Bank has excellent customer service. I used to be an old moneybags and was with U.S. Trust for many years. I must say that First Republic has treated me just as well and offers as much personalized service as my old institution without the high barrier of becoming a customer / client.

      I wanted to open a new account, the worker opened the door and said they didn’t have service to open account. He didn’t want to open an account for me because I carry a shopping cart or for something else? You disappointed the customer, is that your job? You should leave the bank and go home! You are not worth of salary the bank pay to you. The other branch do open the new account for the customer.
