      My experience with First Republic has been stellar from the start. All the employees are courteous and professional, and I love the company wide emphasis on personal customer service. Best bank I've ever worked with, hands down.

      Tried closing our account over the phone and they told us to quote them a physical letter. We did that and they didn't close the account. We go there on person during regular open hours on a Saturday to close the account and they are observing a Monday holiday on a Saturday. Wasting so much of our time...
