      I love the idea of credit unions but this branch gets a solid D- Short-staffed, short hours, and can't spare a roll of quarters of your own money. Not sure why I keep my money here. Will be looking at a new bank soon. 10a - 5p mid week šŸ˜‚ what a joke

      Went to see Rosario on March to refinance my new car. Signed all the papers and thought the deal was done. Thinking now I deal with Patelco and not Toyota, two months later I didnā€™t receive any billing statement. Found out the reason was because Rosario forgot to finish the refinance process. Because of her mistake, I was late on the month of May car payment to Toyota, which I thought was suppose to be to Patelco ..hope she didnā€™t ruin my credit score
