      The only bank I trust with my money. It is the same bank that my grandparents used when they lived in Hegewisch. They've had my mother's account since she was born, and they've had my accounts for the last 24 years. Thanks for being so reliable and hassle-free.

      Primitive banking. Useless cell phone app. TERRIBLE website that isn't 24/7 like they claim. Customer service is subpar at best. If something happens on your account they won't notify you personally or with letters to your house, they keep letters at their location just expecting you to know to come pick them up. Will close your account and take money away from you without so much as even a warning. And even though no one is ever in there there's always a long wait, same with telephone calls I'm always on hold for at least 5-10 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and just get Chase or Bank of America, they actually know how to bank!
