      They are always nice and any time I've had trouble with anything. It been handled promptly. I only gave it a 4 because some years ago we tried getting a loan from them and that experience was horrid. The loan officer was never available. He wasn't transparent about things. We eventually went with another lender. Other wise it is a good place to bank. There mobile app is great too
