      A problem almost every time. It took me an entire lunch hour in their lobby to get a normal standard cashier's check and a bank statement printed. They put a freeze on my debit card & claimed it was because the post office returned my mail because I used my office address....which somehow worked fine for 6 years AND I still get other mail with my name on it at my business address. I fixed that. then .... Told them my debit card wasn't working. They said to bring it in.... they checked it & said "it's fine". (It wasn't). They ordered me a new one - to be delivered to their location in 7-10 business days. After 15 business days I call about the status and was told "Well they sent it out, but it looks like they lost it". I am losing about $35 a month in interest because their interest rewards program requires 10 debit-card uses a month. They may try to get me a credit for this, so we will see. Once I was even given someone ELSE'S Bank statement. Woops!
