      Very rude to a new person in town. Well, I live outside of town. They stated they would give me change the day before and when I showed up they said no. My son is autistic and likes to stack coins in rows but since I didnt have an account they wouldn't help me out. This helps him especially when something new is going on like my divorce from his mother that we are going through. My ex-brother- in- law tried to explain but they wouldn't even listen to him. There are no other banks around so my options are very limited. What happened to neinh just nice to people? You never know what people are going through. I will get back on my feet and buy another house and take care of my son but my first impression of this bank was poor and the tellers were rude. Especially when I had already been told ok the day before
