      Very slow very poor customer service. They don't understand businesses but will try to tell you how to run yours. They don't know the difference between a corporation and an LLC. They will ask you the same question multiple times and once they finally get you approved they don't know who to contact to get homes appraised... Should have been a 20-30 day process, yet here I am at day 46 and no end in sight.
