      I am not sure if Mr. Carpenter works out of this branch or another but I was given his phone number after I was having issues with another lender. Mr. Carpenter spent 20 minutes or more on the phone with me talking about all the ways to fix the problem I was having and never once seemed pushy about us switching banks. We ended up fixing the problem with the current lender and were too deep to switch at that point but I will 100% be taking future business to Mr. Carpenter. You don't find people that are willing to help like that anymore. Everybody wants something in return. Thank you!

      Beware, less than 20 hours until closing on our house the bank forgot about sending out the rural development loan information. Moved all of our stuff and ready to close only to find out 20 hours prior that the closing will be another 10 days. Don't deal with them.
