      I would have to say this is the poorest customer service I have experienced to date from any financial institution. Once Miller left this branch, things went downhill. They charged us twice for $2,300 and in order to recoup the charge, there is absoltuely no one that can assist and/or we get a response from the Teller, "Not sure when the banker will be around, they are in the field." This is the repsonse we get when we go into the branch or over the phone. They are our mortgage provider and lender for a construction loan. Once we complete our project, we are definitely making our way to 5/3 where we have our personal finances allocated to.
