      I love FSB of the SE. They always answer their phone and they are not money hungry and they help you every step of the way. Always a smiling face. They've been my bank for a while and will be for a long while. Highly recommend this bank.

      Absolute worst bank too use if you are taking out a home loan. The bankers NEVER answer the phones nor do they return messages. Very unprofessional management, especially from the New Tazwell location. If you are planning to take out a loan or even a simple checking account, run far away from FSB. They are money hungry, greedy, and love to add in surprise fees.
