  Called ahead to cash my check at 4 pm lady said they were open so I pulled into the drive thru and she's in there doing nothing knows I'm there I pressed the call button and I see her through the window just walk off pretending she can't hear the ring. Very poor service what a joke 😅

  Went to the Festus location today with the intent of opening two new accounts since the service at our current bank has steadily gone down hill for years. Waited for over 20 minutes without a single word from any ot the employees before we left. The person that was supposed to help us (Jourdan) was tied up with a mother and daughter and the branch manager was busy playing on her computer and talking on the phone. If this is how they treat you before they have your business, I can only imagine how you would be treated after we had become customers.
