      I needed to change banks because the one I’ve been with for 20 years was bought out by a larger bank, located in 8 states and just had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This bank welcomed me and proceeded to ask me what they could do to help me further my business. They also gave me contact names if I had questions or if I detected there was something wrong with my accounts. They are smaller, local and personal. Thumbs up

      I was told that I couldn't cash my First State Community Bank check there unless a manager was on duty. I was told to come back the next day.
