      I went today to open a checking account and the experience was amazing, they treated me wonderfully, gave me really useful information and guided me through the whole process. Everything was very fast, easy and even fun. Abraham Venegas was the person who assisted me, he is the best!

      I opened my bank account with First tech the very next day that I landed in Seattle. Being in an alien country, I had my fair share of apprehensions. Ignorance of the US banking rules wasn't helping either. However, First Tech has been a raindrop (rather a rainfall) in the drought ! Their executive, Simantiny , is one of the most pleasant and considerate professionals I have met in a long while. She went above and beyond her role to explain things to me and was lightning fast on emails . Her cordial demeanor put me at ease almost immediately. Highly recommend the bank and its services for any professional relocating to the US!

      I have been a customer since my first day in Seattle. I really like the simple and hassle free banking here. All the staffs of Terry Ave branch are really helpful especially Sunil Yadav and Raymond Fong who always goes extra miles to serve customers in best possible way. They are the best, kudos to both! 😊
