      Marla was very friendly and helpful when I went in to set up savings accounts for my children. I've been with First Tech for over 15 years now and have always had good experiences with them.

      Terrible. I am so disappointed in this CU. I've been a member here for years, back when it was known as the 'state employees CU', only because my mom used to work for the state and I haven't found the time to move all of my things over. This is beyond frustrating - the website and app are constantly down, and in those times where you need assistance with something, you can never get a hold of anyone to actually help you. When you try and call, you get an automated system that tells you 'Oh, we're down for maintenance, call back the next business day', which is kind of difficult for those of us who work all day and could have account issues. I would hope that if security and safety are a priority, they'd make an effort to get you in touch with someone. They don't care about their members and I honestly can't wait to move my accounts away from them and to a place that actually cares about people.

      When I can actually talk to someone they solve problems quickly. They have a single number and as of right now, I'm on a 30 minute hold for a representative. Their mortgage loan staff are useless and nearly cost me a house I was purchasing when they couldn't hold up to what they said they could do. It would be far better if I could just call my branch and talk to someone that knows me.
