      An amazingly beautiful campus that I love to walk around, especially in the fall. The staff and credit Union is just top-notch. I can't say enough good things about this Credit Union and how they treat their members.

      The collections department at First Tech Federal Credit Union sends erroneous repossession notices on accounts for account holders which First Tech knows to be deceased and despite having records of a pending Probate case, causing the families of the account holders psychological distress. Shame on First Tech and their internal processes. If they can't handle such sensitive matters with poise, then how can I trust them to handle my financial needs? I will never use First Tech for any of my personal financial matters.

      The level of incompetence at a financial institution this size is scary. The employees dont bank there and it is ran by a network of right wing good ole boys. They security team has 0 industry experience and do insane things like accidentally open their cloud to the public internet without telling customers or executives.
