  Clean, well lit, nice people. Clean pool. Easy access to Preston, Coit, North Dallas highway. On-site school at walking distance.

  Sales concealer is rude at his highest level. We confirmed our lot in mid Jan this year and went there at that time with earnest money amount. They have not taken amount or not done anything at that day and gave us an appointment to sign contract after 25 days. Now we received phone call from them saying us to check out updated price in floor plan which is 25K(that is not small amount) and they acted like they can't do anything in that. I can understand price can increase at any time but they could have given us an appointment after a day or so and we could have got that deal or at least you can expect from these builder to give you all proper info like don't wait on us and check or hold off on you other opportunities as price can change at any times. But none of this happened. We were so relaxed in past 25 days and let go other opportunities we had. As a result, we don't have any opportunities in hand now. Very rude behavior. Very wrong attitude. Very unprofessional. Please do not even consider my one star as I have to check at least one star to post this review. I don't know whether first Texas is checking reviews or not but BUYERS, Please beware of it.

  Buyer beware Floor plans were designed in the 80's, and to update them like other builders is expected and expensive. 3' shower to 5' $2000, Bathroom designs are a joke, no covered patios $8000. Sales staff: rude, unprofessional, does not give accurate completion dates, will not call only email. Bare minimum customer service. Anti-realtor culture, sales commission drops w/realtor. Corporate office is arrogant and dismissive. No refunds! Beware!
