      Tommie at HistoryMaker is an incredible person to work with. She took the time to meet with multiple clients of mine, make them feel at ease during the build process and care for them throughout. This is a hard time for buyers in this market and Tommie makes the process so much better for them! To actually have a builder rep sit down and talk them through their availability is no small thing! Could not recommend using this builder enough. Many happy clients!

      Special Thanks to Entire Team to Make it possible of getting our Dream Home. We loved working with Tommie's team and continues updates from her team. Now 3 of our friends already got into same place.

      There is a hidden cost of PID which is Not mentioned anywhere in the contract. PID will appear Only in the Lenders paper work and it will balloon up to $38,000 thousand dollars in 27 Years. History Maker Homes refused to refund my Earnest money of 2000 Because we canceled the contract due to the extra added PID to the total amount of the house. History Homemaker will nickel and dime everything in the design center and the extra amount will add up to 30,000 Extra minimum without any major upgrades We demand our deposit to be refunded which is still due from them. We want everyone to be informed in advance of this tactic. Understand and do not repeat what we have lost by signing with them.
