Very beautiful place. Their clubhouse is pretty nice and affordable. The only thing is that you have to book the clubhouse over a year ahead of time.

Home is pretty but the service after you purchase the home is terrible. A home 4,000 sq ft will have things that get over looked we understand that. But when you make the call to fix it that's when we feel they drop the ball. They don't want to be held responsible until 11 months after you move in a brand new home. After that you will get BS around to get anything done and then tell you it's not warranted. The construction crew leave trash all over the property while working. Be careful they will install windows in the home that do not belong. The paint is poor, they do not prime the dry wood or walls in the interior or exterior of the home. Brand new homes will need to be repainted within 2 years. Paint on the kitchen cabinets was coming off while cleaning. Our cabinets had one coat of paint and had to be repainted after a year of complaining to the office. Nice home just poorly put together. HUGE RED FLAG FOLKS.
