      The homes were absolutely gorgeous, but they cram them onto small lots. I was looking for something with a little elbow room, the ability to enjoy a little of the outdoors on something other than just a patio. If you put in a small pool, that's it... no room for anything else like a garden or small shop. This isn't Los Angeles... Texas is huge, spread out a little. If on the other hand you don't do anything outside and want nearly zero yard upkeep, this is the place for you. The homes are absolutely beautiful.

      Wonderfully impressive homes...so many upgrades included in the home..you really get a lot for your money with these homes...also, they can make modifications to their floor plans..customizable!
