      I am a buyer of First Texas Homes and yes I waited over a year to write my review. From Selecting lot to moving-in, whole process was done smoothly. Like any new homes, yes we had few hiccups but looking at it after a year those issues were handled professionally. Even our 11 month warranty was taken care of professionally. Their warranty service is great, response time is amazing. They get the work done in time. Great communication. I worked with Stephanie when we first started, she understood our needs and gave us awesome suggestions, then Caren assisted us in the rest of the process. Carlos was our builder, a great guy, he made sure our house is built with quality. The way he stress test stuff during build process is just mind blowing. Overall, FTH is an underdog when it comes to New Home Builders. I will definitely recommend anyone to consider it for their new home!
