  Bryan Carroll. Remember that name. Amazingly helpful. We are first time home buyers and Bryan spent a significant amount of time, working us through the process of qualifying for a mortgage loan from the beginning to the day we closed. He is meticulous, very knowledgeable and personable and replies to text and emails very quickly. Highly recommended.

  I had an excellent experience with First United. This review is based on my experience with Kenneth Janz, my mortgage loan consultant: I really appreciate Ken's communication the most. I was prepared for an unpleasant experience (not from Ken himself) but due to the nature of massive amount of information required and always being worried about pushing through the finish line with adequate paperwork, scores, savings, income, etc. My last experience was challenging in that regard. But, through Ken’s guidance and communication, I was able to approach the situation with a much more clear mind than I have in the past. He helped level set my expectations and handled every step with the process with utmost professionalism. As you know, there are so many moving parts to the process, and to a layman, it can be quite overwhelming. Ken is really great, and in today's society, where "consumer feelings" many times is pushed to the wayside, Ken is a perfect example of someone who gives it to you straight. His personality is one in which you have no choice but to give him your trust. That’s important to me, my family and every person I call "friend." In the future, when I hear of anyone in need of a service he offers, his name will be the first (and only name) I pass along. After twenty years of living in Los Angeles, I've grown to carry a bit of skepticism and doubt with me. But I have to say, my experience with Ken and his team completely destroyed my unwarranted fear of today's humanity. I am so proud to be a new homeowner because of this experience. However, eclipsing that is my renewed view of the good in man. Thank you Ken and team. If not already, I hope you'll recognize him for his excellent managerial skills, professional representation of your company and overall drive to help a stranger achieve one of life's great milestones.
