  We just closed on our house yesterday in Oklahoma and couldn't have done it without the help of Marcie, Annie, and Kelsey at the Hines Team/Cornerstone Home Lending. Marcie and her team were amazing from start to finish. They were easy to reach, always responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Their close working relationship with our realtor made our whole buying experience very seamless. I would highly making the Hines Team/Cornerstone Lending part of your home buying team!

  I had a great experience with them several years ago so I revisited them recently in trying to purchase a new property. I was not invited to the office because of “Covid” even though state and local restrictions had been lifted so I was left to do conversations and visits virtual. This is fine except my finances are difficult to understand and need a road map. This team turned me down without asking questions or trying different routes for approval blaming my self employment on Fannie and Freddie. My local bank said I should reach out to a mortgage group that specializes in SE Income individuals. What do you know? I was approved under the Fannie and Freddie rules because this lender actually asked questions and took the time to get to know my situation and the transaction. I’m thoroughly disappointed in The Hines team this time around.

  Bought a home a few years ago and everything went very smoothly. I specifically like how they were on top of the entire process from start to finish to make sure we didn't miss any details. We've closed with other companies in the past where we felt rushed in the end. They did a good job of planning everything out and always being in constant communication to help make our home buying process (and refinance a few years later) stress free.
