  David is the best. Everytime I see his face in the drive-in screen I know I'm going to get the best service. First United Bank, dont overlook employees like David. You need to have more people how are straight up and honest with customers. He has a solutions-based attitude. Moreover, not a single one of your employees have been discourteous with me. May I make a suggestion? Get a branch in MWC! I drive across town to here because there's no locations close to us. I'd prefer never to use a 711 ATM even if we can withdrawal there without fees. You have another expectional employee there-- S. Bartlett! She helps me at the I35 Norman location. She's so good with getting things figured out too! Thanks First United!

  My fiancé and I have been members at this bank for many many years and recently my fiancé was a victim of fraud/identity theft. Because we had absolute trust in our banking establishment, we called them with our concerns. We were told (this was on a Friday) that our accounts (checking and savings) would be frozen over the weekend to protect us from any further damage or fraud and coming Monday , we would be able to move our money to new accounts, however, Monday morning we were told a whole new story. My fiancé spoke to Ms. Michelle Easton who informed him that they would be taking everything in all of our accounts (which wasn’t a whole lot compared to their billion dollar industry) and we would still owe another $3000 even though they knew it was fraud and we were not involved and they are covered by fraud insurance. The moral of the story folks.....do not bank at First United Bank, this is not a bank for the people, that supports its customers or cares about humanity. Furthermore, Michelle Easton, informed me that this happens all of the time and they “have” to do this to people all of the time. They took every single penny we had and left us at $0 and according to Michelle Easton, they have also done it to others, not caring if families could feed their children or make car payments to get to work or pay rent/mortgage or get much needed medications ....all due to a mistake that they, First United Bank, could have helped their loyal customers learn from, as well as recover and recuperate from. If you are looking for a loyal bank, keep looking because First United Bank is not the bank for you!!!! As a final note, my fiancé is a Veteran of The United States Army who served and fought in Afghanistan, a man who works hard every day to provide despite suffering with the struggles of a War Time Veteran and this is how this institution, First United Bank, treats our veterans . Find a bank that cares, that has heart and pass this one by!!!!

  Dere is something wrong its happening with me every week deposit for business When thay count mony in back machine are u r @ drive through. Thay always showed short some time $20 . $30.$40 dollar short So m totally mad lets try some other place
