      Process on picking up items in warehouse was horrible. A simple 5x8 Rug sitting out on display and I couldn’t take with me and had to go back and pick up next day bc delivery center closed. Next day items to be delivered and stated they couldn’t get through gate which the office was open to let them in. Would t come back for 2 days to deliver after paying $99 delivery fee. Hassle is not worth it…

      Hello Mae, I apologize that the warehouse was already closed and that you were not able to pick up your rug! We don't sell the rugs on display unless they are clearanced or "as-is" then you are welcome to take them with you to the cashier. Unfortunately I am not able to locate your account to see if you left instructions for the drivers. If you live in a gated community, we would need the gate code or specific instructions. Again, I apologize for the frustration!
