  This bank charges you $37 for every overdraft and then $12 every week until you deposit more money. They don't call or text you to inform you about this.

  This would have been a 5 star review a few weeks ago. For me, banking is about relationships. I want to know that my banker will be there when I need him or her. I moved to First United Bank and Trust because of Debbie Bennett. I met her in a networking group and was extremely impressed with her banking knowledge. As my personal banker, Debbie was always accessible and on top of any issue. Her staff was extremely helpful and responsive. I recently learned on social media that Debbie has left First United. I don't know the details of her departure, but Debbie was the heart and soul of the Cannery Branch and I know things will not be the same without her. I closed my accounts this morning. They have lost a real gem in Debbie.
