Sat in the parking till almost 10am waiting for someone to open. The bank opens at 8:30am M-F and no one is here 2 hours after opening time

To say that the customer service was horrid, would be giving them credit that they don't deserve. First, I received two Visa / Debit cards in two days for the same account, but with different account numbers and different expiration dates. Secondly, when I called to express my dismay with the error, the person on the end seemed to not care less about the issue and the fact that it opened my account up for fraud. The third and final straw came when updating my online banking, I called to verify the account number and routing, and after validating my identity for the better part of 15 minutes, they would not give me the required information. Needless to say, less than 24 after they absorbed Franklin Synergy Bank into their conglomerate, my account was closed.
