      I went to cash in my change. They have a coin machine by security which I didn't know about before I stood in that line. The teller let me run my change through the machine and not have to go through the line again. It wasn't fast either and it was snowing outside plus that was the lunch line so it was long. I was able to get in and out without much fuss. The security guard was cool too. The teller and the security were very courteous and helpful. Until next time.

      In the lobby right now, July 5, 3:30 pm. 25 people in line, 2 tellers!! Come on. I’ve been a customer for 30 years. This is the poorest customer service I’ve ever had at Firstbank. Ugh. No explanation, just standing here. 2 people working the drive up window. Sheesh. Really?
