      I have been banking with the Parker Rd./Iliff branch in Aurora, CO for several years. The manager actually stopped a fraudulent transaction for me. She saved me a couple thousand dollars! Yes, they seem to be understaffed at the drive-thru but the attention they pay me is worth it. They know me as a good customer!

      If you want your question answered/problem solved, don't go to that location. I have been a US Bank customer for 15 years, and I've never seen such poor customer-service in any brach in Colorado. America is (justly) notorious for putting money over people, and this brach is the epitome of such disregard and inadequacy.

      People are not treated as humans at that branch, but as walking wallets. No flexibility, no problem-solving, no respect - just robots that stick to their mantra that every question is answered by appointment only. The only real human there who listens and responds to your needs is Yusef - he is really helpful. The much better branch is on Havana and Mississippi - they will answer your questions, acknowledge your presence, help you once available (not rigidly by-appointment-only), and not pretend like you are not there. Go to that branch if you want human help; otherwise, ask for Yusef to avoid dealing with robots.
