      One of the horrible banks i have ever worked with. First of all the rates were outrageously high and then charged me hefty fees to lower the rate. After closing, the loan was transferred multiple times to equally competent companies like the FirstBank. Lesson learned. I will get this refinanced asap and make sure never to do business with FirstBank. Do you research before you lock in your rate and ask upfront about them transferring your loan.

      I recently did a Home Loan with this Bannk, and I suspected it was a bad deal after a couple weeks, and then after 3 weeks I knew it was a bad deal. Not only did the Rep befriend me and then not honor a personal promise that she recommended, I am BESEIGED with mail to purchase mortgage insurance. I have been in the house for less than a week and I have received 12 pieces of mail - ALL about purchasing insurance - AND the latest one says FINAL NOTICE OF PAYMENT on the outside of the envelope, like I owed them money. I have over 800 credit and I paid over about 1%for a decent interest rate that I could have gotten elsewhere at no cost. All I can say is Don't Do It... they are not worth it.!!!
