I usually don't write reviews but had to do it for this branch. I needed help with my closed business account. I called 1800 number and stopped by other Regions branches trying to get help. Noone seemed to care. When I stopped by this particular branch Nicita, client advocate, went above and beyond trying to help me. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Jennifer, branch manager, was wonderful too. I could see that she is a great manager who cares not only for clients but her employees. She built a fantastic team who work together. I would highly recommend this Regions bank branch!
