Actually I love that the bank has the patience with me. I take bags of coins from the various machines we have around town. They are always obliging when I take them in a business carryon, they just roll it around to their station instead of making me carry them. When I always call, the reps are very helpful. Change is always hard on some people, but it's called life. Just work with it.. go with the flow.

Since changing from Aimbank to First Bank & Trust, EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE! DO NOT switch to this bank. There are no incentives or perks for loyal longtime customers, call center-ish vibe, sky high charges for basic services. We are currently looking for a more Aimbank like institution.
