Banked at this location here in farwell for the last 14yrs never having any issues, loved the home town feeling but now it is horrible! Most the time are greeted with attitude and rudeness

Worst bank I've ever banked with honestly. I would bank at the other one in farwell or wells Fargo over this, just a heads up. Their "new system" is a joke. We deposited our check only for it to be "on hold" till the next days evening! Ridiculous! Not to mention they barely even answer the phones!
