      The people here are always friendly and professional. The location here on 22nd and Indiana is the best. They handle any and all of my transactions whether business or personal quickly and efficiently.

      Used to be a great bank. Since the heartland merge its like the employees got dumber and slower. Guessing the pay cut made the good employees leave. New fees, lots of inconveniences. You're lucky I don't invoice you for my wasted time.

      Lets just say that I have just recently moved all my banking to a different bank, due to the way they do things. As an example though; "after" closing all my accounts I was charges service fees (3x) on two of the accounts. As they did not close them.
