      What a great office. I was blown away when I first walked in. The people working there were so nice. Well done!

      I’ve been very disappointed with the communication they have, I should say lack of communication because there isn’t any. They don’t do personal calls to see if there is any other options or solutions it’s just an email or text with their answer and done with you. I feel like it would be more professional if someone especially the specific loan officer that is reviewing your information would actually take time to go over anything with you even on the phone in case you may have questions or need to give specific details that can not be added to any application. I’m honestly thinking of finding a new credit Union one that will actually take the time for their members.
