      After having a couple of frustrating issues come up with FirstMark, Priscilla at the Legacy location took care of matters and set everything straight. I greatly appreciate her understanding why I upset and taking the time to research and resolve the problem. No bank or credit union is perfect, but it's people like her that keep members/customers loyal and coming back. She deserves a raise! I was not in a great mood when I talked with her, but she was extremely professional and kind and in the end, I'm sure we will have a great relationship for a long time to come!!
