      Had the pleasure of being assigned to Lizann and she was so very helpful. I called the 800 number for a issue with ATM fees and was shut down by one of the branches supervisors. Upset and frustrated, I called the corporate office to explain my frustration and to ultimately close my account after 16 years. Not only for just atm fees but a combination of multiple issues not being resolved. Lizann was spectacular and made me feel that I mattered. She resolved the issue and completely changed my outlook with Firstmark. Thank you Lizann for giving the upmost customer service.

      Never had no issue. But they need to get it together. Their new location off North 1604 loop & 281 is closed on Saturdays... this probably won't work for many....

      Where are the ATMs? My branch closed with 2 drive up ATM machines and here there are None!!!
