      I have always had excellent service from this bank. I have never had a complaint. Heidi has helped me numerous times with account questions, Christmas Club set-up, and the day the ATM swallowed my card. (I think I somehow put it in backwards). Today, Penny assisted me for nearly an hour. I was setting up an additional account, and I had LOTS of questions. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I am grateful for the incredible custom service provided at my small town bank by all of their employees for the last several years.

      Usually everyone is very friendly, but today was a different story. Heidi was very rude and acted like my problems were irrelevant and a joke. Disgusting
