      Thank you to M&T’s honest and friendly staff! I am a long term customer of M&T. On a recent trip to Ellicottville, I went into this branch to make a deposit and I lost my engagement ring. No words can express my gratitude to the customer who found it and to the M&T staff who returned it!!

      The receptionist I spoke with each time I called was great, but I never got a call back from the loan officer even after trying to call him directly myself. Unacceptable service. The loan officer that never got back to me after multiple attempts was Samuele Buffa.
