  Have became very rude.. every time my wife goes into the branch lately they have been very rude. I also call to ask about something and the lady was very rude about it

  Customer service is poor. When I made a complaint, the answer is, "Oh well. There's nothing we can do about it anyway." New location has no drive through, and it's a long walk to get to the bank from parking lot. It is very unorganized inside with no signs 9r direction on where to go. Much smaller than previous location. After 30 yrs of banking with them, including a paid off house loan and many auto loans, it may be time to switch. If I wanted the inconveniences listed, then I'll just stick with my credit union. At least they are friendly and don't nickel and dime with all of the fees

When it is more convenient to stay in your vehicle, our Elmira Office offers a separate drive-thru lane with interactive teller machines that allow to conduct simple transactions and even speak with a representative right from your vehicle during normal business hours.   I cannot get anyone to answer the phone.been calling for 2 hours and never get a person to speak with.i was looking for a new bank.i guess I should keep looking
